Running a Business with Long Covid

If you’re in wellness, you most likely saw some significant growth during Covid because every gym, studio and coach was forced to jump online. It was a busy and insane time for most of us. But can you imagine running a company experiencing rapid growth while suffering from heart palpitations, blurry vision, and a fever that lasted 100 days…. and you had no idea why it was happening because long COVID had not yet been named?

In this episode, Jeni shares her personal story about getting COVID before anyone knew what it was and how her illness became long COVID (again, before the condition was defined). She didn’t know what was happening to her body but yet she had to run the company as it was experiencing never seen before growth.

She shares how she got through it and the tools that she used to nurse herself back to health. This episode is a beacon of hope for any entrepreneur who suffers from long COVID or any chronic illness.
